How to Join - For Individuals

In order to receive a Sesami card, potential users will have to complete a questionnaire which will be available from this page when completed.

Users will have complete control of their requested service levels. The questionnaire will cover the 4 following areas:

Building Access
Transport
Education
Health

How to Join - For Organisations

Participating organisations must complete a building survey form. The survey will ask relevant questions about buildings' accessibility options and as a result will identify different users' accessibility levels. Each rating is measurable and provides exact feedback as to the facilities that are available and as to what needs to be done in order to improve the rating in each category.
